Why We Need To Upgrade The Boardroom

If you've had the chance to talk to anyone here at GlassHeel.com, you know where we stand when it comes to women in the boardroom. The C-Suite today is comprised of only 3% women -- and that is simply not enough. We're passionate about changing those statistics, as well as providing resources and the community to help women "Upgrade the Boardroom" across the world.  

So when we got a certain message recently from the MBA Program at the University of North Carolina, we were ecstatic. In it, they shared an infographic that they created in partnership with one of our favorite organizations, Women 2.0. We loved it so much, we had to share it with you. 

Fair warning, there are some depressing facts in here. But we hope it motivates you as much as it motivates us. It's obvious, there's still much work to be done. But every day we're one step closer and one day, the boardroom will indeed be upgraded.
