If you're interested in career coaching or a resume review session with Molly, please email team@glassheel.com for more information.

Molly Cain is the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Glass Heel, a women's career, lifestyle and networking site which launched in 2011. A contributor for Forbes (this article hit #1 on Forbes in May 2012) and CultureMap, Molly covers a range of topics from the modern workplace, social media, innovation to women in business.

Molly is an internationally-recognized corporate communicator. Her career began in public relations and has evolved into the management of internal communications strategy for Fortune 1000 to Fortune 20 organizations in a variety of industries. Currently she manages internal communications for one of the top 25 banks in the U.S. And in 2012, Molly was honored as one of Dallas' "40 Under Forty," by the Dallas Business Journal.

Molly lives in Dallas with her retired greyhounds, a terrible knack for cooking (although not for lack of trying) and a passion for creating. She loves to push the envelope when it needs a good shove in the right direction. Molly is a champion plate spinner (of the figurative kind), lover of good wine, destination racer, animal rescue foster mom, southpaw and an expert at planning for spontaneous moments (yes, that is actually a skill).
